Qualifications:
Texas Health Resources, one of the largest faith-based nonprofit health care delivery systems in the United States, Has an immediate need for a Physician Relations Specialist. The qualified candidate will have the following:

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree required. Preferred in business, health care administration, marketing or public health administration

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably with physicians and/or provider setting

The Growth Specialist will be responsible for the enhancement of Texas Health's relationships with physicians. The Specialist will create development plans based on THR's zone strategy, hospital strategic and operating plans, physician relations business plan and market intelligence. This person will understand the practice of medicine including referral relationships, payer requirements and other economic and financial influences.
